Patients and prescriptions
Glasses and contact lens Rx, households, insurance on file, files and consents. Expiry tracked, recalls built from it.
Reorder a patient's contact lenses, photograph a work order, dictate an exam. VisionPath checks the prescription and the shelf, then does the whole errand: the sale, the lab order, the message to the patient. You approve before anything is written.
Built by a registered optician, on real work orders and real lab tickets.
Not a chatbot bolted to the side. It reads your paper, writes your records and runs your errands, inside the system that holds the data.
Work orders, prescriptions, insurance cards, autorefractor and lensmeter printouts. Photograph it and the fields fill themselves.
The doctor dictates. The draft fills only what was said, flags what it was unsure of, suggests the billing codes. The doctor signs.
Reorders, recalls, who is overdue, what is owed. It checks stock and Rx dates before it offers, and waits for your yes.
Your staff already fill in a card. VisionPath reads the one they wrote instead of asking them to write it again in a different box. Two pairs on one card stay two pairs, and the lab ticket takes the doctor's Rx, not the copy.

A job moves across the board as it moves through the day. When it goes past its promised date it says so. When it is ready, the patient is texted before anyone has to remember to call.
The doctor dictates the way they would to a scribe. The draft fills only what was said, leaves what was not for the doctor, and suggests the codes. Nothing is final until it is signed.
OD 20/25, OS 20/20. Subjective: minus two twenty-five, minus fifty at one-eighty. OS minus two sphere. Add plus two both eyes. IOP fourteen and fifteen by NCT at ten forty. Lids and cornea clear, lens trace NS both. Discs healthy, point three cup.

Real screens from the software, on a sample store. Nothing mocked up. Pick a screen, or let it turn.

Everything a dispensary does in a day, in one place, in the words your staff already use.
Glasses and contact lens Rx, households, insurance on file, files and consents. Expiry tracked, recalls built from it.
Every job from new to dispensed, promised dates, remakes, contact lens orders on the same board. Late ones surface themselves.
A day board per store and per doctor, walk-ins, and a booking page patients use from your website.
Frame enclosed or to come, edge type, seg heights, the lab's own order number. Emailed to the lab in a click, printed for the box.
Two pairs on one sale, promotions, deposits. What the plan confirmed, what was submitted, what came back, what is still owed you.
The sheets you already read, laid out the way you already read them. Count the drawer, reconcile the tenders, close the day.
Supplier first, then brand. Load a supplier's price file and the catalogue fills itself. Counts, transfers, reorder.
The full record from history to plan. The doctor dictates, the draft fills only what was said, the doctor signs.
Their prescriptions, orders, balance and visits. They fill the intake form before they arrive and keep their own details current.
Nobody changes the system that holds their patient records on a whim. So the move is the part we take off you.
Not sure which kind of software your store needs? Read the guide, or see how VisionPath compares with what you run today.
“Every optician keeps a second system: the paper on the counter. This one reads the paper instead of fighting it.”
VisionPath is written by someone licensed to do the job it supports: the seg heights, the lab tickets, the insurance claims and the awkward two-pair card are all things we have filled in ourselves. Not a guess at how the work goes.
No per-module upsell, no charge per prescription, no quote to sit through. Texts and emails billed at what they cost, never bundled into a cap you have to ration.
Getting you moved is $1,500 once: your patients, prescriptions and purchase history migrated from whatever you run now, your catalogue loaded from your supplier files, your work order layout and lab statuses matched, and two training sessions with your staff.
Twenty minutes, on a call or in your shop. Bring a work order you filled in this week and we will run it through.
